Q. What is the meaning of organic?

A. Organic means it is derived from agriculturally raw materials that are not grown from synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, genetic engineering, growth hormones, radiation, or antibiotics.

Q. Why aren't your products 100% organic?

A. We would love to make our products 100% organic but unfortunately there are still some ingredients that are not available in organically.

Q. Does Luxe Essentials believe in animal testing?

A. No, we do not test any of our products on animals nor do we use ingredients that are tested on animals.

Q. Where can I find more of your products?

A. Currently you can only find our products on www.LuxeEssentials.com. As we continue to grow, we will make available other locations which offer our product.

Q. Are there any franchise opportunities with Luxe Essentials or does Luxe Essentials do wholesale?

A. Luxe Essentials is a privately owned and operated company. We currently do not offer opportunities for franchising.  However we do encourage wholesaler allotments. To inquire about becoming a wholesaler with us please contact us at info@luxeessentials.com.

Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: UNOPENED and UNUSED goods in *SALEABLE condition may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange, with prior approval. Please include with the unopened item(s) all Packaging Materials, Order Number, Packing Slip and Reason for Return. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for misdirected, lost or damaged returns so it is advised that you insure return packages. For Returns: If you paid for your order by credit card, a refund credit will be issued and should appear on your next billing statement. We do not refund shipping charges. Exchanges will be honored as Store Credits.

Please unpack and inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery. Damage MUST be reported to Luxe Essentials within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packing materials and damaged products for return of damaged merchandise. We will arrange for replacement of damaged product as soon as possible after damage is reported and verified.

 

Please Note: Because our products are entirely handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, purity and our high standard of quality, there may be some minor variations in appearance/texture/scent from one batch to another. This is typical of products made of natural ingredients and should be expected.
